Best use of colour – European residential refurbishment
Mr. Waldemar Remisz’s roof on his house creates the impression of three roof segments floating into each other.
For this type of construction – steel is best suited, as it is lighter than conventional tiles, and does not affect the structure.
The roof uses Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® pre-finished steel from Colorcoat® in Van Dyke Brown and comes with the Corus unique Galvalloy™ metallic coating, providing unparalleled protection against corrosion.
“The roof looks and feels solid, and that was what I was aiming for” – says Waldemar.
He choose the pre-finished steel roof cladding product after the Franspol distributor Adam Furmankiewicz convinced him it is the most durable product in this segment.
“Also the Guarantee was a big plus. I’m not easily convinced, but I am very happy with the choice” – added Waldemar.
Mr Furmankiewicz commented.“In seven years I haven’t had a complaint about Corus products! It’s extremely durable and solid”.
The Scintilla® emboss of Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® proves its mark of authenticity as only being manufactured by Corus. As the depth of the emboss isn’t as deep as alternative products – it doesn’t trap the dirt as much and significantly increases the performance of the product.
The surface appears to be “smooth” from a distance and blends well with the lime colored walls of the house.
Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® is manufactured in the UK and further processed by system manufacturers in Poland into finished cladding systems for roofs and walls.
