Mr Bogdan Toton didn’t want traditional tiles so he choose Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® in Van Dyke Brown for his house.

This is lighter, easier to install and more durable than traditional roof cladding.

Residential refurbishment

It’s the best product on the market. When I was starting to build my house, literally everyone – family, friends and contractors – tried to convince me to pick Colorcoat®.  “Hence, I had little choice – it was Colorcoat® or nothing!” says Mr Bogdan Toton.

Apart from his friends recommendations, he was convinced by the Confidex® guarantee, thanks to which his roof won’t require a costly conservation for many years to come. “I haven’t noticed the competitors offering anything even remotely similar”, says Mr Bogdan Toton.

The pre-finished steel is serving him well

Residential refurbishment roof claddingIt doesn’t rust and I have the impression the roof looks like new the entire time. Even if small scratches appear, I have the feeling the roof  regenerates itself” says Mr Bogdan Toton.

This is the effect of the Scintilla® emboss, which makes the roof look new even after a few years.

As the depth of the emboss isn’t as deep as alternative products – it doesn’t trap the dirt as much and significantly increases the performance of the product. In turn, the layer of Galvalloy™ metallic coating provides maximum security against corrosion.

My wife is satisfied too because the material shines beautifully in the sunshine”, laughs Mr Bogdan Toton.

Currently, his brother is building a new house too. He was recommended Colorcoat® as well.

The leaflet says something like colors for life, they should change it with roofs for life”, Mr Bogdan Toton concludes.

Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® is manufactured in the UK and further processed by system manufacturers in Poland into finished cladding systems for roofs and walls.
