Search engine for sustainable resources launched
In order to help the industry deliver greener buildings, a search engine dedicated to sustainable resources has been launched by the UK Green Building Council (UK-GBC), reports greenwisebusiness.co.uk.
Pinpoint, a free-to-use platform that has the backing of a number of firms, contains over 200 resources including reports, case studies, measurement & reporting tools and training courses.

The platform also contains resources on sustainable construction, including an introduction to sustainability in the built environment.
Users can filter resources in a number of ways, such as by topic, resource type, building type and building lifestyle stage, In order to add resources to the engine, individuals or businesses simply need to follow a quick sign-up process.

Commenting on the search engine, chief executive of UK-GBC Paul King said:
“We’re pleased to be launching Pinpoint, created by the industry, for the industry. It is the result of extensive research, development and contributions from many people right across the built environment sector over the last year, including man of the major professional institutes and industry bodies active in this area.”
