Tata Steel’s new youth hub transforms reactions into actions

The online age means that motivation and inspiration is literally at our fingertips. And now Tata Steel is moulding virtual values into real-time actions with the launch of a new online hub to give India’s youth of today the chance to make a change for tomorrow.

Uploading photos…posting events…debating current issues… Valueabled.com aims to nurture social change by bringing together virtual strangers who have one thing in common – a belief in change for the better.


Launched at the Jaipur Literature Festival, Valueabled.com cleverly harnesses the passions of India’s youth and their desire to contribute to society by giving them a site that’s so creatively cool they just have to be part of it.

Designed like a virtual pinboard, it’s packed with articles, posts, comments, tweets and photos waiting to be discovered and shared via social networks.


With the aim to not just to inspire but to ignite, to not just create but to collaborate and vitally, to not just cause a reaction but actual action – which isn’t a one-hit-wonder but has tangible, long-term impact on India’s growing society.
