Project details: Despite previous efforts to rectify issues, Plate Processing Centre’s warehouse continued to experience leakages whenever there was a significant downpour.
Project requirements: Complete re-roofing of the entire warehouse, while the fluent operation of the warehouse and site in general could continue as normal.
How we responded: Panels and Profiles provided 6600m2 of the R32 profile in Colorcoat® LG Wedgewood Blue finish, attached to the existing roof via the Instaloc bracket and bar spacer system, with quilt insulation to improve the thermal performance of the roof. The project is covered by the free of charge Platinum System Guarantee scheme, encompassing material performance and workmanship.
Project outcome: CPPC now has an attractive, watertight roof, installed with virtually no interference to daily operations, enabling work to carry on as normal.
